vum-pve 升级 2.2.2 脚本执行失败

上次更新 2.2.0，出了个小差回来它也没执行结束，一直在下载/启动中，最终人工退出。所幸 pve 和路由没有问题，就是 ai 功能用不了，显示拒绝连接。今天升级 2.2.2，pve 升级依然没有问题，但后面的脚本执行失败，日志如下：
